Rep. Andy Biggs, a U.S. Congress member representing Arizona’s 5th district, utilized social media to express his views on the legislative reach of the judiciary, his actions against Judge Boasberg, and his support for former President Trump’s policies. Rep. Biggs has been serving in Congress since 2017 after a political career in the Arizona Senate.

On April 1, 2025, Rep. Biggs expressed his concerns about certain judicial interventions in legislative matters. He called for congressional action, stating "Congress must put a stop to rogue judges attempting to legislate for the entire nation."

Later that day, he criticized Judge Boasberg's actions related to immigration law, asserting "Judge Boasberg's willful interference with President Trump's enforcement of immigration law is an abuse of judicial power. I've introduced a resolution to remove him from office for violating the Good Behavior Clause."

In the evening, Biggs highlighted his support for former President Trump by emphasizing the progress made under Trump's leadership, tweeting "Promises made, promises kept! Every day President Trump is in office, America becomes safer."
