Today, Congressman Andy Biggs (R-AZ) sent a letter to the head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), Elon Musk, after a report revealed high salaries for Planned Parenthood's executive team. Planned Parenthood received $700 million in taxpayer funding for the 2022-2023 period, while its affiliate CEOs earn nearly seven-digit salaries. Biggs's letter asks Musk to investigate the justification for these high salaries funded by taxpayers.

The congressman stated, "Planned Parenthood profits off the abortion industry. American taxpayers should never be forced to fund abortion or the cozy lifestyles of the managers and directors of the abortion industry.”

He expressed confidence in Musk's investigatory capabilities, noting, "Elon Musk and his team of auditors have proven their commitment to exposing government waste, fraud, and abuse, and I trust him to thoroughly investigate how taxpayer dollars are spent by the nation’s largest abortion provider.”

Joining Congressman Biggs in signing the letter were Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN), Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL), Rep. Mark Harris (R-NC), and Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA).

The letter and its contents have been covered by The Daily Wire.
