Books, magazines, and other items will be available at the upcoming Spring Cleaning Book Sale held at the Mesa Main Library. The event is scheduled for Friday, April 11, and Saturday, April 12, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., located at 64 E. First St.

The sale will feature various genres, including fiction, romance, science fiction, and both youth and children's books. Nonfiction categories such as business/finance, religion, self-help, history, art, and cookbooks will also be present. Hardcover books are priced at $1, whereas paperbacks and children's books are 50 cents each.

Mystery boxes, priced at $10 each, will be available throughout the weekend, with a brief description of the contents included. Additionally, there will be magazines at a rate of 10 for $1, CDs at 4 for $1, DVDs and audiobooks at 2 for $1, and baking pans for $2 each. The sale will take place in the Mesa Family Resource Center, located on the lower level of the Main Library.

The funds raised from the book sale will support library programs, improvements, and services. The event owes much of its success to a group of dedicated library volunteers. For additional information, interested individuals can visit mesalibrary.org.
