Warren Petersen, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 to represent the 14th Senate District, shared updates and commentary on recent political developments and community events via his Twitter account on October 13, 2025.
In one post, Petersen expressed excitement, stating, “Got chills when I saw this! Yeeees!” (October 13, 2025).
Later that day, Petersen announced a legal victory for state border security measures, writing, ” VICTORY for Arizona!
Today, Maricopa County Superior Court dismissed baseless challenges to the Secure the Border Act—upholding the will of voters who passed Prop 314 to protect our communities from illegal crossings and fentanyl. Border security is non-negotiable.” (October 13, 2025).
Petersen also attended a local political gathering, sharing, “Great to be with Mesa Republican Women today! They are fighting hard to protect our american values. We are the party of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness!” (October 13, 2025).
Petersen succeeded David Gowan as state senator for Arizona’s 14th district following his election in 2023. His recent social media posts reflect ongoing engagement with legislative developments and community organizations within his district.
