Warren Petersen, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 to represent the state’s 14th Senate District, shared several posts on social media expressing his views on state politics and recent developments.

On January 25, 2026, Petersen posted an expression of affection for his home state: “I love you Arizona. https://t.co/kOLU5Js99u”.

Later that day, he congratulated Sergio Arrellano and other newly appointed board members of the GOP: “Congratulations to the new GOP Chair Sergio Arrellano and all the new board members! Let’s get AZ back on track and win big in 2026! @SurgeShow” (January 25, 2026).

In another post from January 25, Petersen commented on staff turnover at the Attorney General’s office: “The low morale at the AG’s office continues as more people resign. It turns out people don’t enjoy working for a law enforcement agency that hates on law enforcement. I will restore morale and bring on the best team AZ has ever seen to keep AZ safe and crime-free. https://t.co/BbOLsjM0As”.

Petersen succeeded David Gowan as senator for Arizona’s 14th district after being elected in 2023.
