Warren Petersen, a Republican state senator representing Arizona’s 14th Senate District since 2023, recently shared updates on local developments and political events through his Twitter account.

On December 4, 2025, Petersen posted about visiting the construction site of a major hospitality project in the state. He wrote: “Touring the future VAI Resort this morning. When completed it will be the largest hotel in AZ! 1100 rooms and some as large as 5000 sq. ft. This view is of the amphitheatre.”

The following day, Petersen commented on a political event involving the upcoming race for Arizona State Treasurer. In his post from December 5, he stated: “Wrapping the day up at the kickoff of our next state treasurer Elijah Norton. He will do a great job building on @KimberlyYeeAZ excellent work! @NortonforAZ”

Later that same day, Petersen described meetings with law enforcement officials in Kingman alongside federal representatives. His tweet read: “Up in Kingman with Congressman @RepAndyBiggsAZ and @EliCraneAZ this morning meeting with DPS. They do an incredible job keeping AZ safe.”

Petersen succeeded David Gowan as state senator after being elected to represent Arizona’s 14th Senate District in 2023.
