Matt Beienburg, the director of education policy at the Goldwater Institute said that they are trying to request the U.S. Department of Education be more transparent with their pursuing of Grand Canyon University (GCU). The Department of Education has accused GCU of misleading some of their students about tuition costs and issued them a $37.7 million fine.
