Gilbert, Ariz. - Gilbert's 2022-2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) on Community Development Block Grant and Home Investment Partnership is open for public comment and review through September 22, 2023.

The CAPER provides a summary of Gilbert’s performance in accomplishing the goals and objectives identified in the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Annual Action Plan that focused on the community needs, goals, and priorities designed to improve the quality of life for low and moderate income Gilbert residents. 

The public is encouraged to review a draft of the document online here and submit any feedback by Friday, September 22nd. 

All feedback can be submitted to Jennifer Lauria, Gilbert's Community Resources Supervisor via email or by phone:

In addition to the online draft, the public can review a copy of the document at one of the following locations:

• Gilbert Community Center | 130 N. Oak Street, Gilbert, AZ 85233

• Heritage Center | 132 W. Bruce Street, Gilbert, AZ 85233
