Gilbert Police Department Seeking Assistance in Robbery Investigation

Gilbert PD is seeking the public's help in identifying individuals involved in an aggravated robbery that took place on August 18, 2023, in Gilbert, Arizona. The incident occurred at approximately 10:24 PM in a parking lot near the intersection of Williams Field Road and Market Street.

The department has released images of the suspects and is urging anyone with information about their identities to come forward. "Any information that can assist us with identifying these individuals should be reported directly to the Gilbert Police Department by calling 480-503-6500," said a spokesperson for the department. "Tips can also be submitted anonymously through our online tip site glbrt.is/GPDSubmitATip."

In order to gather more information and potentially uncover any connections to past cases, Gilbert PD is conducting a comprehensive review of previous incidents involving youth over the past two years. The department is also collaborating with neighboring jurisdictions to share any relevant information that may aid in ongoing or previous investigations.

To combat such crimes, Gilbert PD has increased patrol in high-traffic areas commonly visited by youth. This includes locations in and around the mall and Gilbert's Downtown Heritage District. "We ask that anyone who sees any suspicious activity or behavior to immediately report it to Gilbert PD," advised the spokesperson. Non-emergency concerns can be reported by calling 480-503-6500, while emergencies should be reported by dialing 9-1-1.
