Residents of Chandler, Arizona, will have the opportunity to enhance their understanding of homeowner associations (HOA) as the City of Chandler's HOA Academy returns this April. The academy, taught by the Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C., aims to educate residents and HOA board members on various aspects of HOA operations and recent legislation.
The academy sessions are scheduled for three Wednesdays in April – April 10, April 17, and April 24, from 4–5:30 p.m. The first two sessions will take place at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center, with the final session being held virtually. This last session will feature a question-and-answer segment covering a range of pertinent topics, where participants are encouraged to bring their queries for experts in the legal field.
"Mark your calendar for the following Wednesdays from 4–5:30 p.m.: April 10; April 17 and April 24," said the announcement.
Residents interested in participating in the free series can register online at Chandler HOA Academy. For further inquiries about the spring HOA Academy, individuals are encouraged to contact the Neighborhood Programs Office at 480-782-4363.
