Chandler, Ariz. - A new co-working and co-warehousing facility, Fuse Flex Space, has opened in Chandler. This locally and woman-owned business aims to provide flexible workspace solutions for local entrepreneurs and business owners.

Located at 2700 S. Gilbert Road, just south of Germann Road, Fuse Flex Space offers 8,000 square feet of private office space and 20,000 square feet of air-conditioned warehouse space. The facility includes six meeting spaces that can accommodate teams of 2-40 people and can host events for up to 75 people in its kitchen/lobby area. Additionally, it provides co-working options and virtual mail services with a professional address and mail management.

A key feature of Fuse Flex Space is its hybrid office concept, which combines private offices with dedicated warehouse space. This design aims to maximize efficiency and productivity for entrepreneurs by integrating their workspace needs under one roof.

“We are very excited to welcome Fuse Flex Space and their innovative new coworking model to Chandler,” stated Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke. “We are fortunate to have many entrepreneurial Chandler residents starting new small businesses every day. This beautiful coworking space will be a valuable addition to the community as these companies look for that first physical space to grow their business.”

"We're thrilled to unveil Fuse Flex Space as the ultimate destination for entrepreneurs and small business owners in the East Valley," said Becky Wyatt, Owner of Fuse Flex Space. "Our mission is to cultivate a vibrant community where companies can focus, grow, and gather."

“Our goal was to provide a revolutionary way to offer flexible workspace solutions to local professionals," stated Sarah Hardecopf, Owner, Founder, and General Manager. "The vision for Fuse Flex Space is to provide businesses such as tech startups, e-commerce, and trades businesses with a one-stop-shop workspace solution that does not currently exist in the market."

“Fuse Flex Space members have begun to move in, and 50 percent of private offices were already booked by local businesses during pre-opening tours,” said Cameron Wyatt, Owner.

The grand opening event is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024 at 4 p.m., where attendees can explore the facility's offerings and network with fellow entrepreneurs.
