On March 21, 2025, Rep. Biggs expressed his opinion regarding American citizenship and the interpretation of the 14th Amendment. He stated that "American citizenship is a privilege and shouldn’t be awarded to those who break our laws." He further noted that "The Framers of the 14th Amendment would be appalled by the abuse of 'birthright citizenship.'"

On March 22, 2025, Rep. Biggs addressed concerns about domestic terrorism linked to political ideologies. He requested an investigation from the FBI Director into alleged acts by radical left groups against Elon Musk and Tesla stakeholders. His tweet highlighted recent incidents involving threats and attacks on Tesla dealerships and car owners as unacceptable behavior: "I’m asking @FBIDirectorKash to investigate domestic terrorism by the radical Left... This violence is unacceptable."
