Rep. Greg Stanton, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Arizona's 4th district, has recently shared several updates via his social media account regarding various topics affecting his constituents and the broader community.

On March 14, 2025, Rep. Stanton mentioned a visit from the Student Public Policy Forum at Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) to discuss legislative ideas aimed at improving affordable housing for college students. He expressed appreciation for hearing their personal stories and emphasized that "students should be focused on classes, not worried about keeping a roof over their heads." The full tweet can be found here.

In another update on March 15, 2025, Rep. Stanton highlighted water conservation efforts by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Southwest region. He noted that it was encouraging to see the church making conservation a priority through investments in smart controllers, which are projected to save 500 million gallons in just the first year. His tweet is available here.

Furthermore, on March 15, 2025, Rep. Stanton raised concerns about a potential cancellation of a $2.4 billion contract between Verizon and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in favor of Elon Musk’s Starlink service. He pointed out potential conflict-of-interest issues and stated that he and his colleagues from Transport Democrats are demanding answers on this matter. More details can be found in his tweet here.
