Rep. Andy Biggs, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 5th district since 2017, has shared his views on various political issues through recent social media posts. His tweets reflect his perspectives on presidential pardons, Secret Service operations, and the nomination of Pete Hegseth for Secretary of Defense.

On December 6, 2024, Rep. Biggs commented on President Joe Biden's pardon of Hunter Biden. He stated, "Joe Biden’s broad pardon of Hunter—for crimes spanning almost 11 years—is a perfect example of the two tiered justice system." He urged President Trump to issue full pardons to nonviolent January 6 and FACE Act political prisoners.

Later that day, he addressed issues within the Secret Service by tweeting that "The Secret Service’s 'do more with less' mentality is what caused the failures of July 13." He emphasized that the agency should be entirely focused on its protective mission.

In another tweet from December 6, Rep. Biggs discussed opposition to Pete Hegseth's nomination as Secretary of Defense. He remarked that "The mainstream media and the DC Cartel are fighting HARD to block Pete Hegseth's nomination." He suggested that Hegseth would bring significant changes to the Pentagon and implied concerns about ending prolonged military engagements.
