Rio Salado College will close from December 24, 2024, to January 1, 2025, for Winter Break. Despite the closure, online classes will continue as scheduled. Services like RioLearn, Technology Support Helpdesk, Ask a Librarian, and Maricopa Student Tools will remain accessible to online learners.
The Instructional Helpdesk will be operational on December 26, 27, 30, and 31 from 9-11 a.m. Emails sent during these times will receive responses.
Testing centers at Rio Salado will have limited hours during the break. On December 21 and December 27-28, the Tempe location will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All locations will close by 5 p.m. on December 23 and January 2. They will be closed entirely from December 24-26 and on January 1. Normal business hours resume on January 3.
Online tutoring through Brainfuse is available for select classes; further information can be found online.
The Rio Salado Dental Clinic is closed from December 13 through January 5 and will reopen on January 6.
