Jon Arvizu, a well-known graphic designer and printmaker in the Phoenix area, is showcasing his latest work at the Chandler Museum. The exhibition, titled "I Can’t Help Myself," explores themes of self-love and introspection through music and tarot card imagery. It includes personal prints and site-specific murals that reflect on Arvizu's past, present, and potential futures.

Arvizu shared his thoughts on the exhibition: “I put many loving details into my work. Please look closer and see what you can find—it will be worth it.” He further explained, “The exhibit is a personal exploration of work I have done for myself, for self-fulfillment – created with skills honed as a working illustrator and printmaker. The artwork is visually interesting, but the meaning is all my own."

The exhibition is open to the public until June 8, 2025. Visitors can explore it at the Chandler Museum located at 300 S. Chandler Village Drive during its operating hours from Tuesday to Sunday. Admission is free.

Chandler Museum aims to serve as a community resource for exploring local history and culture. More information about exhibitions and programming can be found online or by contacting the museum directly.

Jon Arvizu has been part of the graphic and fine art industry for over 15 years. His firm, Trapdoor Studio, has collaborated with various clients since 2002.
