Legacy Traditional Schools is joining forces with supporters across the nation to participate in National School Choice Week (NSCW) from January 26 to February 1, 2025. This annual event marks its fifteenth year, focusing on empowering parents with the information they need to make informed decisions about their children's education.

Mia Vega, superintendent of Legacy Traditional Schools in Arizona, emphasized the importance of recognizing each child's unique needs and talents. "Every child has unique interests, skills, challenges, and needs," she stated. "More than 24,000 schools nationwide, including Legacy Traditional Schools, are hosting events to celebrate their communities, like school fairs, parades, and talent showcases. With so many great school options available, National School Choice Week is an important time for families to find the right school for their children to thrive."

According to a survey conducted by the National School Choice Awareness Foundation in 2025, over 60% of parents explored new educational opportunities for their children last year. Currently, more than 7,800 charter schools in the United States serve approximately 3.7 million students. Additionally, 36 states offer full-time online learning options at no cost.

Legacy Traditional Schools is inviting prospective families to attend New Family Info Night on Thursday, January 30, 2025. The event will take place at each of its campuses in Arizona, Nevada, and Texas at 5:30 p.m., offering tours and introductions to teaching staff as families prepare for the upcoming school year.

- The Phoenix School Fair will be held on January 25 from 6-8 p.m. at the Children's Museum of Phoenix.

- The Las Vegas School Fair will occur on January 25 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at IPEC Las Vegas.

- The San Antonio School Fair is scheduled for January 25 from 9 a.m. – Noon at The DoSeum.
