Integrated Biometrics has announced the expansion of its research facility in Chandler, Arizona. This move is intended to accommodate increased research and development activities. The company plans to increase its workforce in Chandler by at least 50 percent, focusing on hiring skilled engineers for biometric technology research and development.
The facility's physical space has been expanded by 25 percent and now includes a new experience center. This center allows visitors to interact with Integrated Biometrics' products and partner technologies through interactive exhibits. The company aims to support its growing technology portfolio, which includes infant identification systems and software for developing custom biometric tools.
Reid Baker, Research and Development Manager for Integrated Biometrics, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion: “We are excited to continue our presence in Chandler and provide more space for our talented employees to continue pushing the company forward.” He also acknowledged the support from the City of Chandler’s Economic Development team in considering real estate options.
