Sunbelt Investment Holdings Inc. (SIHI), the City of Mesa, Okland Construction, and CBRE have marked the beginning of construction for Mesa Grandview Business Park. This industrial development spans 270,000 square feet and includes three buildings located at Loop 202/Red Mountain Freeway and Greenfield Road in Mesa. Key figures present at the groundbreaking included Mesa Mayor Mark Freeman, Councilmember Rich Adams, SIHI President Todd Holzer, Okland CEO Bill Okland, and Mesa Economic Development Director Jaye O'Donnell.

"Mesa Grandview Business Park shows Mesa's commitment to economic growth. This project will bring jobs and businesses to our Falcon District," stated Mayor Mark Freeman. "This industrial space strengthens Mesa's position as a hub for innovation, opportunity, expansion and growth."

Situated in Mesa's Falcon District near significant entities such as Falcon Field Airport, Boeing Company, Northrop Grumman, and MD Helicopters, the business park offers direct freeway visibility along with available monument and building signage. The largest building within the project will measure 132,665 square feet while two others will each be 68,700 square feet. These structures will feature clear heights ranging from 30 to 32 feet with complete HVAC warehousing, various loading options including dock-high and grade level loading, heavy power capabilities, ample parking space, and tenant amenities.

"Mesa is fortunate to have been selected for this robust commercial development," expressed District 1 Councilmember Rich Adams. "From available space, flexibility and location to sustainability, this project by SIHI checks all the boxes. It is the good fortune of District 1 to have the available land to welcome Grandview Business Park."

The sustainability initiatives include enhanced skylights and clerestory windows in each building alongside sustainable landscaping with native plants and EV charging stations. The facilities are also designed to achieve LEED certification under SIHI’s SolarFit solar initiative.

"SIHI is excited to begin construction on the first phase of Mesa Grandview," commented SIHI President Todd Holzer.

Additionally, an extra 22.7 acres along Greenfield Road is reserved for future development opportunities within Mesa Grandview. With ongoing projects in the region, SIHI remains dedicated to fostering long-term growth in Mesa.

"We are proud to continue our partnership with the City of Mesa," remarked Bill Okland from Okland Construction.

The completion of this development is anticipated by Q1 2026 under the management of Okland Construction with CBRE handling representation duties.
