Representative Andy Biggs, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Arizona's 5th district since 2017, recently shared his views on social media regarding border security and law enforcement under different presidential administrations. His comments were made in a series of tweets posted on March 12 and 13, 2025.

In a tweet from March 12, Representative Biggs expressed concern about criminal activities by illegal aliens in the United States under President Joe Biden's administration. He stated: "These are the kinds of criminal illegal aliens who were allowed to invade our country under Joe Biden." He credited former President Donald Trump for keeping his promise to secure the borders and added that communities are safer as a result.

On the same day, he highlighted an incident involving Guatemalan national Edilio Agustin-Orellana. According to Biggs' tweet, Agustin-Orellana was arrested in Massachusetts for multiple charges including assault with a dangerous weapon and armed home invasion: "Guatemalan Edilio Agustin-Orellana was arrested in Massachusetts for five counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, three counts of kidnapping, and armed home invasion."

The following day, on March 13, Representative Biggs tweeted about President Trump's policies with an optimistic tone: "In President Trump’s America, everybody wins." He thanked Lee Zeldin for his commitment to these priorities.
