Rep. Andy Biggs, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona's 5th district since 2017, recently shared his views on social media regarding the state of America under President Trump's leadership, fiscal transparency, and law enforcement matters. Biggs has been active in politics for several years, having served in the Arizona Senate before his current role.

On March 12, 2025, Rep. Andy Biggs expressed optimism about America's progress under President Trump by stating "America is winning under President Trump's leadership."

In another tweet posted later that day, Biggs raised concerns about governmental transparency and fiscal responsibility. He questioned why Americans should not have full insight into government spending given the IRS's ability to audit citizens at any time. He also praised Elon Musk's work at DOGE as beneficial for the country's financial future: "The IRS can audit Americans at any moment... The work @elonmusk is doing at @DOGE is incredibly beneficial for our fiscal future."

Later on March 12, Rep. Biggs commented on a law enforcement issue involving Wilmer Yovani Fuentes-Benitez in Philadelphia. Fuentes-Benitez was arrested after being deported three times and charged with assaulting a police officer: "Wilmer Yovani Fuentes-Benitez was arrested in Philadelphia, PA—after being deported three times. He was arrested for assaulting a police officer."
