Rep. Andy Biggs, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona's 5th district since 2017, recently shared his views on social and political issues through a series of tweets. Biggs, who previously served in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017, continues to engage with legislative matters both at the state and national levels.

On March 19, 2025, Rep. Biggs expressed concern about what he perceives as an infiltration of "woke activists" into judicial positions across the United States. He called for legislative action by urging Congress to pass his proposed Injunctive Authority Clarification Act. "Woke activists are occupying judges’ seats across the nation. Congress must pass my Injunctive Authority Clarification Act."

Later that day, Biggs reflected on his return to the Arizona Senate where he testified regarding HB 2547, legislation aimed at preventing taxpayer funds from being used for abortion services in Arizona. He thanked his colleagues in the Arizona Senate GOP for their support during this testimony. "It was great to be back in the Arizona Senate today. Thank you to my @AZSenateGOP friends for allowing me to testify on HB 2547 to ensure that Arizona’s taxpayer dollars are never used to fund abortion."

On March 20, 2025, Rep. Biggs succinctly reiterated his stance against Planned Parenthood with a call for its defunding via a brief tweet: "Defund Planned Parenthood."
