Today, Congressman Andy Biggs of Arizona led a letter addressed to FBI Director Kash Patel. The letter requests an investigation into alleged acts of domestic terrorism by what he describes as the radical Left.

According to Biggs, Elon Musk, Tesla dealerships, and Tesla car owners have faced threats and harassment recently. Attorney General Bondi has reportedly made arrests related to these incidents.

The congressman claims that individuals, including U.S. Representative Jasmine Crockett from Texas, have encouraged such violence. He categorizes activities aimed at intimidating or coercing citizens or influencing government policy as acts of domestic terrorism.

Biggs highlights that attacks on Tesla vehicles are on the rise and becoming more severe. He attributes these actions to retribution for decisions made by Elon Musk and former President Trump.

"Recent threats and actions against Tesla dealerships and owners are dangerous and may constitute a federal crime," stated Congressman Biggs.

He expressed confidence in the FBI's capability under Director Patel to investigate these threats thoroughly: "I know that Director Patel’s FBI will thoroughly investigate these domestic terror threats."

The letter was cosigned by several representatives: Eli Crane (R-AZ), Eric Burlison (R-MO), Andy Ogles (R-TN), Keith Self (R-TX), Clay Higgins (R-LA), and Lauren Boebert (R-CO).

The full text of the letter is available for public viewing online.
