In another tweet on the same day, Biggs mentioned that representatives from several military academies and local Reserve Officers' Training Corps programs would be available to discuss application processes and campus life. He stated: "Liaisons from the U.S. Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, Coast Guard Academy, Merchant Marine Academy, and local Reserve Officers' Training Corps programs will be present to discuss the application process and campus life. Staff from both congressional offices".

Later on March 24, Rep. Biggs expressed his views on federal judges maintaining their positions only under good behavior standards. He commented: "Federal judges may only hold their seats during good behavior. Pushing a political agenda from the bench does not constitute good behavior."
