Andy Biggs, U.S. Representative for Arizona’s 5th district since 2017, shared his thoughts on several pressing matters through a series of tweets dated March 26 and 27, 2025. Biggs, who possesses a background in law and a history of service in the Arizona Senate, commented on judicial accountability, a presidential nomination, and government funding practices.

On March 26, Rep Andy Biggs addressed the tenure of federal judges, emphasizing the conditional nature of their positions. As per his statement, "Federal judges do not have lifetime tenure." He added that these judges are expected to maintain "good conduct," and if there is a failure in self-regulation, it is imperative for Congress to intervene and address what he described as “corrupt judges.”

Later that day, Biggs congratulated Dr. Jeffrey Bhattacharya on his nomination as the Director of the National Institutes of Health by President Donald Trump. On this event, Biggs stated "Congratulations @DrJBhattacharya! President @realDonaldTrump has nominated the best and brightest to lead some of the most important agencies in the world." Biggs expressed his confidence in Dr. Bhattacharya’s capacity to “expose corruption” in his new role as Director.

In a tweet on March 27, Andy Biggs addressed his stance regarding public funding for media content, cautioning against using taxpayers’ money for what he termed “state-sponsored propaganda.” Biggs suggested that if Americans want to consume such content, like the children's character Elmo, they should bear the cost themselves. As he succinctly put it, "Americans should never foot the bill for state-sponsored propaganda."
