Dog enthusiasts in Chandler are invited to attend Woofstock on Saturday, November 16, at Tumbleweed Park. The event is free and will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Woofstock offers various activities for dogs and their owners, including pet-related vendors and entertainment. A highlight of the event is the Puparazzi Photo Contest. Entries for this contest are open until November 3 or until 100 eligible photos are received. Finalists' photos will be displayed at Woofstock, where attendees can vote for the "Pet Lovers Choice" Award. The winner will receive a gift basket valued at $75. The contest welcomes both residents and non-residents of Chandler.
Food and beverages will be available throughout the event, although there are no ATMs on site; some vendors may accept credit cards.
The event is sponsored by Semper Fi Cooling & Heating, Dog 24/7, Earthwise Pet Chandler, CityVet, and Raising Cane's.
Tumbleweed Park is located at 2250 S. McQueen Road.
