Rep. Greg Stanton supports ASU football; joins Thanksgiving events

Rep. Greg Stanton, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Arizona's 4th district, recently shared updates on his social media activities. His tweets highlighted local sports achievements and community engagement events in Arizona.

On November 23, 2024, Rep. Stanton expressed support for the Arizona State University football team as they faced Brigham Young University. He congratulated Coach Kenny Dillingham and player Cam Skattebo for their successful season and revitalizing the atmosphere at Sun Devil Stadium. "Congrats Coach @KennyDillingham, @camskattebo5 and the whole team for an awesome season and bringing the energy back to Sun Devil Stadium."

Later that day, Rep. Stanton participated in a Thanksgiving event with Native Health Phoenix in Mesa. He mentioned that he and his team were involved in distributing turkeys, potatoes, and other nutritious food items to families in need within the community. "My team and I were glad to lend a hand again this year giving out turkeys, potatoes and other nutritious food to families in our community."

On November 24, 2024, Rep. Stanton attended the 31st Annual Thanksgiving Community Celebration in South Phoenix alongside Julian Nabozny and other community partners. He expressed his pleasure at being part of this long-standing event aimed at fostering community spirit during the holiday season. "Glad to join my friend Julian Nabozny and community partners yesterday for the 31st Annual Thanksgiving Community Celebration in South Phoenix!"
