The Mahoney Group, Arizona's largest independent insurance and risk management brokerage, is set to relocate to a new office in Chandler. The move, planned for early March, highlights the company's growth and its focus on fostering a people-first culture.
The upcoming office at 2625 W. Geronimo Place will cover 35,198 square feet. This expansion provides space for 90 employees initially, with the capacity to accommodate up to 160 employees on a single floor. Nationwide, The Mahoney Group employs 250 professionals.
Designed by Smith Group, the new office incorporates Mid-Century Modern elements using natural woods and organic materials. It aims to enhance employee collaboration with features such as abundant natural light and modern meeting spaces.
President R. Brad Rucker stated: “We are thrilled to move into a space that represents not only our growth but also our commitment to creating an environment where employees can thrive.”
Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke expressed enthusiasm about welcoming The Mahoney Group: "Financial services have long been a targeted industry cluster in Chandler... We congratulate The Mahoney Group on their new home."
Lease negotiations involved Mark Gustin of JLL representing Mark IV Capital and Adam Tolson of Lee & Associates representing The Mahoney Group. Mark Gustin commented on the significance of this relocation along the Loop 101 Corridor: “It speaks to Chandler Freeway Crossing’s ability to meet the high standards of companies like The Mahoney Group.”
