Rep. Andy Biggs, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Arizona's 5th district, is known for his critical stance on immigration issues. He has been vocal on social media, criticizing policies and individuals he perceives as supportive of illegal immigration, particularly in comparison to their treatment of local and national concerns.

On April 16, 2025, Biggs highlighted what he views as misplaced priorities, stating, "A sitting Maryland Senator spent taxpayer dollars on a trip to a foreign nation over an illegal alien who was rightfully deported. But he didn’t say a word about women in his own state murdered by illegals. Shameful—Democrats care more about illegals than American citizens." This tweet underscores his ongoing critique of how certain political figures prioritize their agendas.

Later on the same day, Biggs posted a brief tweet expressing his approval, simply stating, "", which indicates a strong agreement or satisfaction with a previous statement or action.

Continuing his criticism, Biggs wrote on April 17, 2025, about a specific individual with a criminal record, asserting that this person is emblematic of the type of individuals Democrats allegedly try to reintroduce to the United States. Biggs stated, "This is who Democrats are fighting to bring back to our nation. He is an illegal alien with deportation orders, a member of MS-13, and a confirmed repeat wife beater. Who knows—they might build a statue to honor him."

Born in Tucson, Arizona, in 1958, Andy Biggs is 64 and currently resides in Gilbert. He has served in congress since 2017, following a tenure in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017. Biggs holds a BA from Brigham Young University and a JD from the University of Arizona.
