Rep. Andy Biggs, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona's 5th district since 2017, recently shared several statements on social media addressing both legislative initiatives and personal acknowledgments. Biggs, who succeeded Richard Miranda in Congress and previously served in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017, has been vocal about his political stances and connections.

On March 5, 2025, Rep. Andy Biggs expressed his stance on government regulations through a tweet stating: "Americans delivered a mandate last November: They are sick and tired of bloated bureaucracy." He urged the Senate to pass his Midnight Rules Relief Act to enable Congress to reverse what he described as burdensome rules more efficiently.

In another tweet dated March 6, 2025, Biggs extended congratulations to Scott Butler for his new role as City Manager of Mesa. He wrote: "Well earned. On behalf of AZ-05, congratulations to Scott Butler on his selection as City Manager for @CITYOFMESA!"

Later that day, Rep. Biggs shared his meeting with former President Donald Trump following a speech by Trump. In the tweet posted on March 6, he stated: "It was an honor to meet with President Trump following last night’s epic speech." He expressed gratitude towards Trump by calling him both "my President and my friend," adding "America is back!"
