From January 20, 2023 post.

Yavapai County Sheriff's Office had the privilege of celebrating a visual of the "cycle of the Sheriff's Office" career today with the progression of one career and the closing of the book for another.

After 27 years, Chris Myhre retired from YCSO.  He expressed his gratitude and pride for those he worked with for so many years and to see them grow and move up within the Sheriff's Office.

Also today, Deputy D. Crawford was promoted to Sergeant.  "The position of Sergeant is one with a dramatic impact on the Agency in the service that we provide to people, both in the agency and the community," said Sheriff David Rhodes.

Many YCSO family members gathered to acknowledge, honor, and congratulate the momentous occasions in career and life for their fellow brothers in law enforcement.
