Expanded Access enables patrons to access the library without staff onsite. Registered cardholders can enjoy select services and resources using self-service technology. To enter the building during self-service hours, patrons need to first sign up for Expanded Access permissions with staff.

When and where is Expanded Access available?

Dobson Ranch Library Monday through Saturday: 7 am – 9 am

Mesa Express Library at Monterey Park (opens October 28) Monday through Saturday: 7 am – 8 pm

Eligibility requirements:

- Library account in good standing 

- Valid photo ID 

- 18 years of age or older 

- Complete Expanded Access Terms & Conditions Form

See a staff member at any of our full-service locations to sign up. Those who sign up and fill out a raffle entry form by November 30 can enter for a chance to win a HEAD Extreme Elite Composite 2 Paddle Bundle with Tour Team Drawstring Bag, 3-Pack Penn Outdoor Pickleballs. If you are already signed up for Expanded Access and would like to enter the raffle, fill out a raffle slip located at the library service desk.

Why a pickleball set?

The expansion of Monterey Park, where our new Mesa Express Library is, included the addition of pickleball courts, along with youth baseball/softball fields, a tot lot, additional parking, 4 pickleball courts and more.
