The City of Chandler has announced new summer hours for the Recycling Solid-Waste Collection Center (RSWCC), located at 955 E. Queen Creek Road. The facility will operate from May 30 to September 1, opening Thursday through Monday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and will be closed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and city-observed holidays.

The RSWCC is a self-haul and self-load facility that accepts various trash and recycling items, including yard waste, broken furniture, scrap metal, and cardboard. A comprehensive list of accepted materials is available on the Recycling-Solid Waste Collection Center's website.

To drop off items at the RSWCC, residents must present a picture ID along with a current City of Chandler utility bill that shows city-provided solid waste services within the last 60 days. Only trash from the Chandler residence listed on the bill is permitted at this facility.

For further inquiries, residents can contact Solid Waste Services at 480-782-3510 or visit the Recycling-Solid Waste Collection Center's website.
