On December 9, Rep. Biggs tweeted about the potential consequences of disarming citizens, stating: "The disarming of citizens is always followed by tyranny."
Later that day, he criticized Alvin Bragg’s office, asserting its lack of seriousness and integrity: "Alvin Bragg’s office is entirely unserious and corrupt. This trial never should have taken place."
On December 10, Rep. Biggs urged GOP Senators to heed the mandate given by Americans to their government: "Americans delivered a mandate to their government. GOP Senators must get on board or get out of the way. President Trump dragged them across the finish line, and they must listen to the American people."
