On January 24, 2025, Rep. Andy Biggs expressed his support for the pro-life movement by participating in a march to defend unborn lives. He stated, "It’s an honor to stand with so many pro-life patriots as we march to defend the unborn." He extended his gratitude towards the organization March for Life for their efforts.

Later that day, Biggs voiced his disapproval of Senator Collins' decision regarding President Trump's nominee for Secretary of Defense. In his tweet from January 24, he remarked, "Senator Collins won’t confirm President Trump’s pick for SecDef—a seasoned veteran dedicated to America First policies." He contrasted this with her previous vote to confirm Biden's transgender Assistant Secretary of Health.

In another post on January 25, Biggs commended President Trump’s approach to law enforcement. He tweeted, "Good things happen when a President steps up and actually enforces the law." Emphasizing the benefits under Trump's leadership, he concluded that everyone is better off in "President Trump’s America."
