The City of Chandler is set to host "Peace of Mind: A Mindfulness Experience" on March 7, from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at SoHo63 in Chandler. This free event aligns with International Women's Day and aims to promote mental clarity and stress reduction through guided mindfulness practices.
Dr. Natalie Gruber, an award-winning mindfulness teacher and scholar, will lead the event. Participants can expect to engage in breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, and receive resources for overall well-being. The program is designed for individuals at all levels of experience in mindfulness practice.
Adrianna Erickson, Chandler’s diversity, equity & inclusion coordinator, expressed enthusiasm about the event: “We’re thrilled to offer the community this opportunity to find peace and restore balance in their lives.” She emphasized that "mindfulness is a powerful tool that can enhance mental well-being," underscoring the event's supportive environment.
Though focused on women's mental health and self-care, the event welcomes all attendees. Due to limited space, registration is required. A light breakfast will be provided during the session.
Further details and registration information are available under Peace of Mind: A Mindfulness Experience.
