The City of Chandler, Arizona, has officially named its newest park Orangetree Park. Situated at 2134 N. Bullmoose Drive, the 1.7-acre park is part of the Honeysuckle Trail residential subdivision currently being developed.

Chandler residents participated in a public survey from January 9 to January 29 to select the park's name. Options included Orangetree Park, Colt Meadow Park, Acacia Park, El Alba Park, Naranjo Park, Lidman Park, Grizzly Bear Park, Dobby Park, and Honeysuckle Park. The majority favored Orangetree Park, inspired by the original neighborhood.

On February 4, the Parks and Recreation Board reviewed the survey results and recommended that the City Council approve Orangetree Park as the official name. This addition marks Chandler's 70th park in its network of recreational spaces.

Orangetree Park is located within a square mile bordered by Loop 101 and Dobson, Elliot, and Warner roads. It is designed as a developer-built city park within a new single-family residential subdivision that includes open area tracts for retention and amenities. Construction is expected to be completed by spring 2025.
