D.R. Horton, the largest homebuilder in the United States, has acquired a 41,000 square-foot office building on Chandler's Price Corridor to expand its local operations. The building is located at 1890 S. Price Road, and tenant improvements are set to begin this month with an expected completion date of April 2025.
Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke expressed enthusiasm about the development: “We are thrilled to see another large Fortune 500 company like D.R. Horton commit to the office market in our coveted Price Corridor.” He added that the city's Economic Development team is actively pursuing similar projects to maintain momentum.
Brent Davis, President of D.R. Horton's Phoenix East Division, stated, “We are excited to have a permanent home for our Phoenix East Division within the City of Chandler. 1890 S. Price provides a convenient location for our team members as well as great access to all of our East Valley communities.”
Scott Guo, Market Leader for EQT Exeter, also commented on the project: “We are honored to deliver D.R. Horton's newest division office on the ever-dynamic Price Corridor of Chandler.” He acknowledged the collaboration with D.R. Horton and their brokerage representative Transwestern.
The new campus will be shared with Yield Engineering System, a semiconductor supplier that joined in 2022. An additional office building at 1900 S. Price Road remains available for occupancy and has been fully renovated.
A grand opening celebration for D.R. Horton is planned for Summer 2025, with more details forthcoming.
