On November 22, 2024, Rep. Andy Biggs criticized certain media outlets for their reporting practices. He stated, "The Fake News Mafia had to quietly walk back this sickening headline." He further commented on MSNBC's viewership trends by saying, "Americans see @MSNBC’s true colors. The ratings are tanking for good reason."

In another tweet posted on November 23, 2024, Rep. Biggs addressed recent testimony by HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra before the House Judiciary Committee. He remarked on the Department of Health and Human Services' handling of unaccompanied minors at the border: "Earlier this week, HHS Secretary Becerra testified in front of @JudiciaryGOP." He expressed concern that "Biden’s HHS—under Sec. Becerra—has lost hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied alien children." Additionally, he highlighted that some children have been placed with sponsors who have gang affiliations.
