Mesa High School will conduct its semester finals on Wednesday, December 18, and Thursday, December 19. The bell schedule for the exams is structured with three periods each day. On Wednesday, classes will begin with "A" hour from 7:00 a.m. to 8:05 a.m., followed by periods one through three until 12:20 p.m. On Thursday, there will be no "A" hour, and the schedule will include periods four/five through seven.
Buses are scheduled to pick up students starting at 1:15 p.m. on both days of testing.
Students attending East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) are required to take their finals at Mesa High during these dates. EVIT has been informed that some students might miss their EVIT classes due to the finals. It is advised that EVIT students contact EVIT directly to be excused by emailing attendance@evit.edu or calling 480-461-4000.
