Rep. Andy Biggs, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona's 5th district since 2017, has recently expressed his views on various legislative matters through social media posts. His comments focus on regulatory costs imposed by the Biden-Harris administration, congressional review of last-minute rules, and judicial power.

On February 11, 2025, Rep. Biggs criticized the Biden-Harris administration for imposing "$1.3 trillion in regulatory costs in 2024 alone." He argued that reviewing over "1,400+ rules and regulations one by one would waste time and taxpayer dollars" and advocated for the passage of the Midnight Rules Relief Act to address this issue. "The House must pass the Midnight Rules Relief Act."

In a subsequent post on February 12, 2025, Rep. Biggs emphasized public dissatisfaction with what he described as a "tyrannical bureaucratic state." He reiterated support for the Midnight Rules Relief Act as a means for Congress to efficiently review last-minute rules implemented by the current administration. "Americans are sick and tired of living under a tyrannical bureaucratic state."

Later that day, Rep. Biggs addressed concerns about judicial power in another tweet. He criticized "rogue judges’ abuses of power," which he claimed were inconsistent with constitutional principles. To counteract this issue, he sponsored legislation aimed at preventing courts from acting as "super-legislators" nationwide. "Rogue judges’ abuses of power are out of line with the Constitution."
