Nine campuses of Legacy Traditional Schools in Arizona have been awarded the prestigious 'A' rating by the Arizona State Board of Education for the 2023-24 academic year. This recognition underscores the school's commitment to providing high-quality education.

The campuses that received the 'A' or "Excellent" rating include Chandler, East Tucson, Gilbert, Glendale, Goodyear, Maricopa, Northwest Tucson, Surprise, and Peoria. Additionally, 11 other campuses in the Legacy network earned a 'B' or "Highly Performing" rating.

Superintendent Mia Vega expressed pride in this achievement: “We couldn’t be more proud of our students, educators, and families for their unwavering commitment to excellence.” She added that these ratings reflect "the power of Legacy’s academic model," which positively impacts thousands of students across Arizona.

Legacy Traditional Schools began in 2007 with its first campus in Maricopa, Arizona. It has since expanded to nearly 30,000 students across Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. The schools are part of a non-profit network offering tuition-free public charter education with a comprehensive curriculum.
