Legacy Traditional School – Laveen has recognized Kathryn S. as the Student-Athlete of the Month for October 2024. Kathryn, a volleyball player and dedicated student, has been acknowledged for her contributions both on and off the court.

"Whether diving for a tough save or delivering a powerful game-winning spike, she approaches every play with precision and grace," noted the coach. Kathryn is known for mentoring younger players by staying after practice to help them refine their skills.

In addition to her athletic prowess, Kathryn excels academically. Her teachers commend her work ethic and determination in the classroom. "A quiet and driven student, Kathryn is always seeking ways to improve," they stated.
