Rio Salado College will be closed from Monday, March 10, 2025, through Friday, March 14, 2025, for spring break. During this period, certain services will have limited availability.
Testing services will operate at the Tempe location for both in-person and online service from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 8; Tuesday, March 11; and Thursday, March 13. All testing locations will remain closed on Saturday, March 15.
Counseling services can be accessed via email or phone from Monday, March 10 through Wednesday, March 12 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The department can be contacted at Counseling.receptionist@riosalado.edu or (480) 517-8785. In case of emergencies, individuals are advised to contact the Arizona Crisis Response network at (602) 222-9444 or local emergency resources.
Tutoring will also be available at the Tempe location for in-person and online service from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 8; and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11 and Thursday, March 13. All tutoring locations will close on Saturday, March 15. Additionally, online tutoring is available for select classes through Brainfuse.
Online classes will continue during the break as scheduled. Students are encouraged to refer to their class syllabus for specific information and dates and to contact instructors via the Message Center in RioLearn with any course-related questions.
The college's "24/7 services such as RioLearn," Technology Support Helpdesk," and "Ask a Librarian" will remain operational throughout the break.
