On March 10, 2025, Stanton announced that his offices in Washington D.C. and Mesa are open for summer internship applications. He emphasized the value of gaining "hands-on experience in a Congressional office" and making an impact with the #AZ04 team. In another post dated March 11, 2025, Stanton addressed concerns about Social Security benefits. Later on March 11, Stanton criticized Speaker Johnson and other Republicans for blocking a vote on a resolution intended to end tariffs imposed by former President Trump.
